I am asking for a friend of mine, he is a diabetic who is not well controlled nor has been for anumber of years, he smokes 20 a day. For a year or so now he has had on and off occasions when there has been no ejaculation fluid of any sort when he climaxes. Now it is just about every time he comes that there is no fluids at all, he has no pain, but obviously this is affecting him and his girlfriend

He needs a medical opinion. Sounds like he's not doing the best for himself.
Not well controlled? Why not?
Smoking? Guy has a death wish. Gangrene is gonna head his way. He'll lose the feeling in his feet and his eyesight will fail.
Orgasm will be the least of his worries.
He may have a prostate problem, as the seminal fluid is produced by the prostate.

I haven't heard of Diabetes affecting anyone this way. If there is a problem have him check with his Doctor and ask the question and find the answers. It might have some thing to do with the Prostate.

This is indeed a medical question and needs a physician to answer it. I do know that many diabetics in this persons condition
couldn't even operate at all. He needs to see a physician.

being diabetic doesnt help and smoking causes impotence in men! he needs to stop smoking, get some vital vits into his system and go to the Dr's to get his diabeties under close control!

This has nothing to do with his diabetes. He needs to see the doc and find out what is causing it.
