start slow, like some stretches and strength exersises. Then slowly move to cardio work.

My friends and I went to this weightloss clinic. They give you b12 shots and a packet of phetermine pills and another pack of pills to help with crab cravings.....Your weight drops fast like crazy...

Just start walking then jogging then running, you'll be back in no time. stretch first, and after, you dont want to be sore. good luck
