First you must brush your teeth the proper way. Second if there are calcified deposits on your teeth you are not able to remove them by brushing, only your dentist can. Third some people have more yellowish teeth than other (usually darker people have whiter teeth) Forth there are ways to recover your color but you should ask your dentist which is the best treatment for yor case. I 'm so happy I could assist you (please notice that I 'm a dentist)

HERE IS THE ANSWER!!! Everyone listen up! To get whiter teeth and to help them seat properly in the mouth take 1 Tablespoon or however much you can handle of sesame or sunflower oil. Swish in your mouth for 20 minutes if possible while your getting dressed in the morning. Spit it out into trash can and not your sink or toilet as it is going to be full of bacteria. It is oil it will clog your pipes over time. Then rinse with that brown mouthwash rinse and brush your teeth.

This is why it works. Every 20 minutes the blood in your body cycles through and that big vein under your tongue is one of the largest veins you have axcess to so use it. Swishing oil will pull toxins from that blood. Think this is nuts? Then why do we have sublingual meds. given out by Doctors???? They know about this vein too. This is called Oil Pulling or Oil Swishing.

many say their dry skin clears up after doing this and I think it worked great for my loose teeth and stained teeth. Coffee drinker here. If that does not work then you have had an antibiotic at some time that has stained your teeth possibly.

Best think about this technique is that you keep most your dollars (except the cost for oil) in your pocket and you don't pay out money for a chemical in your mouth. Doesn't hurt you to try it as long as you are not allergic to these types of oils.

Go to your dentist, get impressions of your teeth taken and he/she will create trays that fit perfectly on your teeth. You can purchase whitening gel to put in the trays. You wear them for 2 weeks (about 3 hours a day) and your teeth will be dramatically whiter. It costs a little more than the over-the-counter methods, but believe me -- it works so much better!

If I had it to do over I would not pay big bucks out to a dentist for whiter teeth. Contrary to what was said above what your dentist recommends and charges big bucks for is not guaranteed to last. I will resort to Crest White Strips from now on. Even though I have the impressions from my dentist the refill syringes are still expensive.

I would see your Dentist and make sure every thing is OK. Tea and other foods ,and some medicines and vitamin compounds can cause staining. The" Crest " white strips are excellent.

you can do that and this may sound odd but it works very well for me; instead of regular toothpaste use baking soda after you get your toothbrush wet. and from time to time use a little bit of water w/ a good amount of baking soda and (here's the yuky part) gargle and swish it around for about 10 minutes.
