I am taking fish oil supplements is this a good idea to help high cholesterol (205)? Is there anything else good?

the doc , after pressing on my temples and looking up my nose said i had a bad case if sinusitis and prescribed antibiotics and a nasal spray.It helped BUT now i have the horrible headache again. My sinusis had been bothering me last week.I went to my family doc last week, but she doesnt have a nasal attachment there to check my nostrils( how sad is that?!!)Since fri, im in alot of pain.I have an appt to see an ENT doc in middle of Feb. Could this be a bad case of sinusitis that just isnt getting better?The past 2 yrs Ive been bothered by headaches from Occipital Neuaralgia.The only thing that has helped has been botox injections. But now im wondering if in fact it may have been sinusitis even 1/2 the time.
Im gonna end up going to put patients clinic..is there anything I should specifically ask for?Ive tried everything , and this headache is very unforgiving.TIA for any input!

As a child I was diagonosed with a heart murmur and now at age 24 I have high cholesterol, I am slightly over weight (5'5 at 155lbs) and no signs of other problems. Is there any connection to the problems that I am having.

my sister ones 28 and the onther 23.ones a C cup and the other a D cup.my mum a C cup.and im only A cup.im 18 and i know they are older than me but my boobs dont seem to be getting any bigger.my weight hasnt gone up either,thing is my weight hasnt realy changed since last year.will i ever get bigger boobs or have my boobs completly stoped growing.

I am 16 (turning 17) and I am really willing to quit smoking. I started 6 months back and since i have smoked more than atleast a 300 cigarettes I think life will be more happier when i quit smoking.

There are a few problems that i have when i tried quitting smoking.

When i think i shouldnt smoke.. something in me tells that I am in need of tht smoke and it drags me towards take a couple of ciggies.
I am still trying very hard and whenever i see a girl smoking or any movie featuring a girl smoking.. i turn my mind towards smoking. I dont know what my problem is.. but i am still trying very hard.

The problem with me is.. i try till the last moment not to smoke but at the end of the day like.. at 9.00PM or something my mind totally turns towards ciggies and i smoke a couple of them.

I am unable to divert my mind from smoking and i am in need of some serious help and advice. How will i be able to divert my mind totally from smoking and even if a have such feeling how avoid?

i am 20 yrs old and my last period was january 5th and it lasted till the 9th. on jan 19th i had another period. it was heavy which is normal for me. i had sex a few days after the 9th w/o condoms. he didnt c** in me he didnt even come close. ive read that u cant get preg by pre c** if u have urinated since the last time u ejaculated. it flushes the urethra of stray sperm and he hadnt ejaculated in at least 24 hours so needless to say he had gone to the bathroom a lot. my period today is really really light now.i just wanna know why i have gotten my period soo early? could i be pregnant?
