It is not possible to spot reduce. The only way you can reduce the fat in a specific area of your body is liposuction. If you want to reduce the fat in that area of your body, you have to reduce your overall body fat. Like they say, abs are made in the kitchen - you won't see any muscles with lots of fat covering it, so if you want a six-pack, you have to reduce the fat covering the muscles, and the only way for you to get a six-pack or a flat stomach is to reduce your overall body fat percentage (since you can't just reduce the fat in that area). Eat less, work out more. It might be hard work, but it's the only way.

You say you recognize this is a lifestyle change, yet you want it all gone in OMG, LIEK 47 DAYS!!1 That's not a lifestyle change. You need to first get a realistic idea of what you can accomplish. The second issue is that you want to lose 15lbs. You're already at a relatively low weight, but being only 5 feet tall it's not horrific for you to be at 95lbs. The issue that I have with this is that YOU don't get to determine your body's weight...your body does. Your body's ideal weight range might not go as low as 95lbs, it might be more comfortable at 100lbs. Your goal instead should be getting in shape and being healthy, not just weight loss. Weight loss will happen while you get in shape, so email me what you actually want to accomplish as far as fitness is concerned and then I can help.

take it from a gymnast who has a six pack. do about 20 situps, 10 straddleups, 10 tuck ups, handstands against a wall 10 times for about 1 minute each, pull ups and chin ups on a bar, and stretch out for about 15 minutes before and after each time.
this will make you r stomach look really nice in about two weeks.
good luck.

a healthy diet and exercise is gonna be the only way to achieve this. i would recommend something like a bow-flex for the exercise, and like i said before eat healthy foods too.
