I am taking fish oil supplements is this a good idea to help high cholesterol (205)? Is there anything else good?

you should consult a doctor and he may prescribe Lipitor or Zocar or another LDL lowering drug.

I the meantime, watch your diet.

Cook with Olive Oil. Outside of that go to your doctor for help in reducing your high cholestral.
