my height is 5.10 and my weight is 65 kgs(around). am 20 years old.

1.CARDIO ,CARDIO, CARDIO and MORE CARDIO.......if necessary leave off muscle building temporarily. ONLY light abdominal exercises until they appear.

2. DIET,DIET DIET and MORE DIET.....protein, low carbohydrate of low Glycaemic index and NO fat.

3. TAKE OUT ALL SUPPLEMENTS USED IN THE MUSCLE
BUILDING PHASE. TAKE A SIMPLE MULTIVITAMIN ONLY. And lots (5 litres /day) water.

4.I add daily dry heat sauna (90 Celsius).of variable duration.

Go for it . it's easy

Not only do you have to do stomach exercises like crunches, but you also have to work off fat from all over your body by doing intense cardio. Keep in mind that a lot of the pictures of "six-pack abs" in magazines come from the result of the model being dehydrated to show them off (which obviously isn't healthy.)

Excersise alone cant get u a six pack you must also maintain a strict diet

cardio cardio and diet lots of hard work. lots of ab work and it takes time but it is acheivable. workl out smaaaaaaart
