I dont understand, why do manufacturers advertise things like toothpaste by brushing without using any toothpaste on the brush?

Because it wouldn't be asthetically pleasing to see some beautiful person with toothpaste dribbling down their chin. 99% of the things on t.v., advertising or otherwise, do NOT represent real life. Imagine that. No wonder why so many people have self-esteem issues.

they do use toothpaste, its just that you only need a pea size toothpaste blob on your brush so its virtually gone on these lovely teeth people by about 2 brushes, we as normal tooth brushing people usually put a line of toothpaste the size of the toothbrush, and thats why it ends up all over our chin. Use a little and no dribble!

They are basically scared of there own product.after you try it they will get the confidence of using it. lol
