Yes. I went through a time in my life where I thought it wasnt worth living. I went through a lot of tragedy in my teens.

I;m now very happily married and life is great, things got worse before they got better and I still have bad days but you have to help yourself ovecome what life throws at you, no one else will!

I have always been a little anxious about everything... I worry too much about everything, constantly.. but for the past 2 to 3 months my anxiety exploded and I don't feel well at all... I feel I cannot respond to my and my family's expectations, I cannot achieve some goals I have proposed myself, I am in constant preoccupation with something... as if I was responsible for everything and everyone and I can't seem to cope with everything.
Yes, I fell the weight of the world upon my shoulders and it makes me tired.... I do not know if your talking about the same thing but, it is actually a physical weight, it makes me very tired, even my legs and back hurts...
I do not know very well what to do but... I hope it will just go away with time.
My parents are doctors and they have been trying to help me, trying to understand my concerns and telling me that there's no need to worry so much.
We are strong persons, capable of carrying burdens that we may not ever imagined.
I hope everything will be OK. For you and me. All of us.

This happens when one has a burden too large to carry alone. The weight of the world must be distributed. If you are feeling this way I encourage you to find assistance. You should decide whether this can be help from a friend or relative or a service provider (to take some of the time grabbers from you) or from a professional, such as a doctor or psychiatrist. Counseling is sometimes free at your local church.

Good luck!

Yes, my husband was very ill which led to some rather antisocial behaviour. I was having to look after him, protect my children from the effects of his illness, comfort my mother-in-law while not allowing my husband to know how worried she was as the extra stress would have made him more ill. Oh, and also hold down a full time job. No wonder I was off sick for a large part of 2003. Fortunately, my husband was successfully treated with surgery eighteen months ago although I still have the occasional nightmare. It was having many good friends supporting that kept me going, so I hope you have the same.

hi I dont understand extremely what you're asking here however the superb component i will think of of is **** happens existence in no way seems the way we predict it and theres no prediciting what is going to take place, you only gotta circulate with it. Your close to death studies make you sound exceedingly fortunate. i wish which you do no longer die earlier a while or take you existence no count how criminal it extremely is. There are constantly people which you would be able to speak to and different strategies. everyone is going by tough patches and what im saying you will possibly no longer accept as true with yet i wish you stick in there and that existence is only existence, theres no good judgment to it in any respect each and every of the superb And via the way - the bit regarding the ladies groping you're able to propose you're exceedingly solid looking and thats a compliment!

you bet. sometimes the pressure is just to much and i completely break down. and i think it might be worse for me than some other people because i am an anchor for my friends and they need me more than i need them. I end up comforting then when we are going trough the exact same propble (acually has happened) I need to keep up a strong frount so they can still come to me to becomforted so I am forced to confide my problems to no one in order to still appear strong. I know, sounds tough. It is, but i still manage.

Do things work out themselves? I think so. I bet some problems in life is just fate, pushing us in a different direction then we were going efore. Mabye fate is pushing us towards someone we need to meet. Mabye it is building character in us, to prepare us for something even worse. Mabye they are putting us in a horrible situation, so that when things finally work out, we can experiance more joy then we ever thaught possible.

If things are getting tuff, I suggest looking at the bright side and trying to see what good might come of it.

Are you over burdening yourself with problems? Are some of them other peoples problems?
If so prioritise your own probs & sort them one at a time, other peoples problems are exactly that, other peoples.

Using the word God as you understand Him, She or It:

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.

Line one refers to the past & other people
Line two refers to changing oneself & ones own future
It's line three I always have trouble with!

Things ALWAYS work out, not always the way we would like them to however.

I have to remember that everything will work out on its own; It may not work out the way I want it to, but it will be the way its suppose to. It seems to me that you may be trying to put to much pressure on yourself to do things that you may not have control over. Look at these things and do only what you can and let the rest take its own course to fix itself.Today's mountains will be tomorrow's mole hills.....Good luck. Don't worry so much!!!

Yes, but when I do, it helps to remember three things

2+2=4
There is a God and He does love me
No one is a cosmic accident. There is a reason for every one and every thing in the Universe

God loves you, and you are precious to Him. God created this world for us to enjoy. God can solve all our life problems.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives us air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives us water to drink and food to eat.
God gives us a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves us, and we are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
