why does the nose area peel after a nosejob?

i had a nosejob done a month ago. right now, around the bridge area (where the work was performed), the skin continues to peel at times and i have been warned about staying out of the sun or using sunblock.

does anyone know why this skin area peels after a nosejob?

Where can I get information on curing my knee pain?

Hi
I am a runner who has damaged my left knee in the gym of all places, by overdoing it on the treadmill and stepper.
I have a very tender point just below my left kneecap which has recurred despite a steroid injection by my consultant.
I was given exercises to stregthen the quadracep muscle especially that part which, if you look down at your LEFT knee, is the bulging muscle above and to the right of the knee joint.
Where can I find out what exercises would help?
I was told my left foot is flat due to a fallen arch and this is causing the knee cap to move out of alignment.
Are there any shoe inserts to help?

My friend is really depressed and is thinking about getting antidepressants.. i really dont think she needs them. But i just want her to start feeling better. I recently learned of a son of 14 yrs old. He has cerebral palsy. No one seems to know exactly what this is ..

Is this doctor way out of line? Please read.?

I stopped going to this doctor last year. He tried to diagnose my mental health although I didn't ask him about that, and since I have a degree in psychology I knew his questions were really unproffessional as well as insensitive. We live in a small town but we do have other doctors, fortunately. Being a small town I see him at social events sometimes. The other night when I was getting ready to leave a dance he made a comment about how the action must be unbearable for me. So, am I overreacting to a random comment, or is he a nut? Do you think maybe he is a jerk to me in particular because I'm racially mixed? I asked other doctors and no one but him thinks I have the symptoms he thinks I do, although I've been recovering from depression. Besides kicking him in the nuts (joke!!) is there anything I can do besides ignoring him as much as possible?

Any M.D. or Gastro doctors please help.?

During a 4 month span I was on antibitics nearly round the clock due to the fact I had some dental and sinus issues. The last one I took was CEFPODOXIME 200mg. I acquired a stomach burning around that time and decided to stop taking the Cefpo. The symptoms receded some shortly after, but have continued since. Its been about 6 weeks since I stopped and the burning although not as bad, contiues. The lower stomach both left and right side, upper stomach, and left and right breasts are effected also. The skin in these areas seems to be itchy alot. I have a great appetite, no bloody or loose stool and no nausea. In the past year I have had an echo, stress test, abdomen ultrasound, chest x-ray, gallbladder ultra sound , complete blood work, H. pylori test and an EGD. All results were as they should be. I am currently taking protonix 40mg twice daily. Is there any suggestions out there as to what is wrong with me and what I should do. Just more time?

Have you ever heard of a breatharian?

One lady told me she was a breatharian (all she did was breathe air) as her daily diet for 9 months. She said she ate & drank NOTHING for 9 months. & she didn't sleep throughout that time period. I don't see how she survived.

Dad won't visit opticians?

I am really worried about my dad's eyesight. He buys off the shelf reading glasses from Boots and still has to squint to read stuff. He can't read anything without them. But as they are not prescription they can't be doing his eyes any good and they are not working.

But when me or mum mention to him about getting his eyes tested he just won't go. I even booked him an appointment and he nearly bit my head off. Does anybody know anyone else so reluctant to visit opticians. Could it be a phobia or something. Its really weired and I am worried it might eventually effect his driving.

Rash from drinking - but not with beer?

Ok... this is an odd one... for a couple of years now I've developed a rash from drinking. I used to have really bad acne and when my face flushes it shows up all the old scars - which makes it even more embarrasing. The thing is, I don't get this when I drink beer but everything else seems to cause it to happen. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it (other than just drink beer for the rest of my life?!)
