Ugh, I hate those, they are annoying, and they hurt. Whenever I got one, I swish with saltwater, and they usually go away sooner. Goodluck.

What you have is stated as a fibroma. that's certainly brought about by skill of a few style of trauma to the tongue. that's from biting it, or that's some some thing tiny like chewing a pointy nutrition and reducing it. you are able to pop it and get relief. although, if it comes returned then you definately could desire to work out an ENT physician and have it bumped off. memories approximately 5 minutes and dosen't truly injury afterwards. do no longer subject, that's greater of a annoyance than a topic

It's called a Cankor, not sure on the spelling of Cankor. Anway you can't do much for them, it's just where your tongue to irretated. Usually salty foods do it, like salted nuts, eating something too hot. It will go away on it's own if you don't pick at it and try to keep from rubbing it against your teeth as much as possible.

Oh, those are a pain in the ...well, tongue. No way to cure it. It has to just heal up on it's own. Takes a few days.

Maybe it is just a bump, sometimes I get those on the side of my tongue.
Don't worry, the tongue heals itself quickly.

That is called a canker sore. Gargle and wash your mouth with warm salt water. Or put salt on your finger and put it on the sore. it will burn but it will dry it up. you need vitamin C.

The answer to your question is sleep. The sore on the tip of your tongue is a not-enough-sleep sore. Sleep and it will go away.
