His problem needs to be diagnosed properly in person by a doctor, not on here. Any chest pain should always be properly checked out!;

He could be having a heart attack. Maybe he has a blood clot. He really should get checked out and prompto. Have him take 2 aspirins immediately as that will thin his blood.
On the off chance it's not his heart, has he been doing something that used his chest muscles? Sometimes you can overuse the muscles and pinch nerves in the chest around the heart and it feels like a heart attack. Try putting some heat on it and see if it helps.

It could be a number of things. Just to be on the safe side he should probably get it checked out. If it's a heart attack it may be associated with other symptoms such as shortness of breath, sweating, cold and clammy skin, and pain in the arm, neck, or jaw. Other things that could cause chest pain are indigestion and anxiety.

Sounds like a heart attack but can also be a gall bladder problem. Gall bladders feel like a heart attack but there is also massive pain in your back. Either way your friend should go to the doc and have it checked out either one can kill you.

Sounds like heart palpitations. Is he taking steroids? He should definitely see a doctor. I get heart palpitation from allergic reactions, so it could be that too.
