Health - 16 January 2007

I have been prescribed an ointment to treat psoriasis. The trouble is ointments are not absorbed like creams & I have to sit about like the guy from the 'Singing Detective' until I decide to wipe the ointment off or have a shower. No one can tell me, incl. nurses & pharmacists, how long it takes for the active ingredients to be absorbed into the skin. Maybe once I know I won't have to walk about the house semi naked for as long as I do! I am sure in this great knowledge base we have someone will be able to get me an answer.

I am currently awaiting my appeal before the law judge to be scheduled. I submitted my appeal last May.

My doctor said that she thinks it may be possible to submit a certain form and get my case pushed on through.

Does anyone know about this? Is it possible?

I haven't been able to work in three years!

Hi, my regular m.d. doctor told me that my "bad" cholestrol was extremely to high (@ 290), and my "good" cholestrol is extremely low (@ 30). her point being, that i was in a one in twelve chance of having heart problems and/or stroke victim. i am a forty two year old lady, (if that helps in any way,,didn't help me puttin down my age!). okay, now my question, everywhere i go to get information on how to lower my cholestrol, it ends up asking me for a credit card. does anyone know of any book, website, anything~basically that i can just get information without trading my first born?

I have put on a lot of weight in the last month or two and am starting to feel a bit down about it. I have increased my exercise and I do eat healthily with the odd treat I think I just eat too much.

I know that i have to take the test but i'm afraid to do it...
For about 2 months now, some sort of sperm alike thing comes out of my penis...It has come out 3 times in 2 months.
I was 73 Kg and in 10 days i lost 3 Kg. The fact that i'm losing weight is that i don't have apetite to eat...BUT I DON'T HAVE APETITE BECAUSE I'M THINKING THAT I MIGHT HAVE AIDS...
No spots, no sweats,no fever no chilling or fatigue.Good sleeps and just a cough..Recently there was a flu virus in Greece that caught about half the population. I was not infected at all.

If i have it, i know i might have caught it about 3 months ago...
Is it possible to be just another decease?? PLS advice

I heard sheets of bounce (fabric softner) work. But only read this when I was bitten all over in Thailand and they don't have bounce there :( Is it worth taking some with me next time I go?

My friend's sheep drunk petrol...
He doesn't know what to do with the sheep...

he went to his neighbor (who was a wise old man) and askes for an advice:

"What I should do with this sheep, it has drunk petrol and I don't know what to do with it, it is uneatable now and neither I want to kill it for nothing???"

i have all 4 wisdom teeth emerging, the top 2 are through but the bottom 2 have been trying to come through for about 6-7 years which is much longer than the top 2, and they are still only peeping through. I'll try to be as clean as I can in describing my problem.

Ive had a problem with intercourse for some time now. Not anything to do with keeping it up but more rather than I can never seem to "finish" or "come-out". Manual Stimulation ive never had a problem with, but when it comes to actual lovemaking its so embarrassing.When the woman is getting tired and wanting me to finish it never happens. Any ideas? Also it never feels truly good when I finish manually.....it always feels like ohhh did it again better clean up

Those are the words my former husband spouted off to me when I confronted him about lying to the children when they confront him about the things he does. I told him that anytime the children have ever come to me with questions about my past that I did not deliberately lie or talk about someone else's past faults to make myself look better. I told him that I acknowledge what they have to say and answer the best way I can even if it means I'm in the hot seat. Why does he spout that I think I'm better than everyone else? I've never thought that in my life. I do try to live my life right and learn from my mistakes. I'm not perfect but what I am is forgiven.
