i went to Transform in the uk they are well known company and have been doing procedures for over 26 years now and are very well known i had breast implants last october and they are the best thing i have spent my money they look and feel like real and everyone says they look fantastic and my boyfriend loves them - honestly if your considering it you should definatly go for it they also do finance aswell. they look after you extreamly well - they pick you up in a taxi from whereever you live take you down to manchester of anywhere where they have a hospital closer and you stay overnight and they give ya a 3 course meal and everything and then take you back in a taxi and you go in and see your local Transform after the procedure to make sure everything is ok - you go and get it done take a look at the website and go for a consultation !!!!

It is entirely up to you if it will make you feel better go for it, just make sure you throughly look into it first and are happy with what they are going to do, if you are going to do it spend a bit more money and stay in this country, have the best surgeon. With something like this its not wise to be tight.

Personally I don't like girls with boob jobs. I would rather she had small real ones than bigger fake ones, but thats just me. Some guys love them.
I think it depends on your reason for wanting it done, if its a confidence thing you should go for it, if its just to have a bigger cleavage so guys will look at you than i wouldnt recommend it.
Whatever you decide just make sure you research your chosen surgeon thoroughly, ask him for references from past patients and ask if he has pictures of his work.
My sister had hers done about a year ago and she isn't happy with them, she is £4000 poorer and in the same positiion she was before having them done.
Think about it all properly first.

No. Why would you want to have larger breasts, aparently they are more cumbersome and lead to back problems. Because men prefer women with large breasts? Well, some do, but many prefer smaller breasts or are attracted for other reasons such as personality. Because the media says it is this year's fad?....well I'll let you answer that.

Nooooooooooooo. Even if your breasts had only one cell, you still shouldn't get implants. A small breasts is ALWAYS better than a fake one. You don't have to be brainwashed by the media like everybody else. Having morals is much more important than breasts made out of silicone.

I think that you should take the money and further your education. Breasts will you have and are born with, so be happy with what you have been given. How much more of you is (store bought)? People like you for who and what you are IF they care about you at all.

no...you can spot a fake a mile away..I mean can u imagine a 70 year old woman with 20 yr old boobs...that's scary..
You should be thankful and happy your healthy..think of all the disabled people there are in life and how they have come to accept the way they look....
personally my boobs are too large and you really wouldn't wish for back ache and rounded shoulders.

If it bothers you, yes go with it, it may help to increase your self confidence and give u a life (in every way!). remember to make them look natural, dont go in for BIG ones. dont go in for silicon implants, go in for saline. conduct a comprehensive research on the doctors, and preferably go in for personal recommendations. whatever the case is.. love yourself and love ur body.. do what makes u happy and gives you peace of mind..wish u good luck!

No, studies have showed that women with implants are more suicidal. That shows you wont be totally happy, no matter what you think. You're beautiful the way you are now. And if your bf doesn't appreciate you, the hell with him. Find someone who does.
