See a doctor. There are excellent prescription medications available that actually prevent the allegies from producing symptoms, rather than just alleviating the symptoms. Additional approaches would be to find out what you are allergic to, and avoid exposure (if possible). Over-the-counter symptom relievers are available, but many can raise your blood pressure and provide only minimal relief.

If you can't afford a doctor, there are often free clinics available, or the Health Department can give you leads as to how to find help.
