I'll try to be as clean as I can in describing my problem.
Ive had a problem with intercourse for some time now. Not anything to do with keeping it up but more rather than I can never seem to "finish" or "come-out". Manual Stimulation ive never had a problem with, but when it comes to actual lovemaking its so embarrassing.When the woman is getting tired and wanting me to finish it never happens. Any ideas? Also it never feels truly good when I finish manually.....it always feels like ohhh did it again better clean up

Maybe you need more foreplay or more stimulation on other parts of your body during intercourse (talking, nipple play, scratching your back, whatever you like). Maybe a change of position would also help. If things are becoming "routine" try asking your partner to try something new or different.
Perhaps a little extra stimulation either visually, mentally (teasing, talking), or physically at the right time might be all that you need.
And for goodness sake, don't focus on not being able to and psych yourself into not coming. Relax and focus on what does stimulate you, act on it, and I am sure everything will be fine!

This usually occurs because of mental anxiety. Meaning... Its all in your head. Now that you are worried that you are not going to finish, you won't. What you have to realize is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. Many times guys will have sex and for some reason they will not finish and the next time they have sex, in the back of there head they are wondering... Hmmm am I going to finish this time??? You have to tell yourself that there is absolutely nothing wrong with yourself and since there is nothing wrong with yourself you wont have a problem finishing next time. The next time you are having sex, when you find yourself wondering, do not let your mind entertain the thought, force your mind to "get back in the game". Concentrate fully on making love and how it feels. Live in the moment. It truly is that simple... So go make love, come back select my answer as the best one! Good luck!

This is actually a fairly common problem for circumcised men, and there's not much you can do about it, unfortunately, at least not short term. If you have the patience for a longterm solution, foreskin restoration has helped many men. It may be months before you see any improvement, though, and full restoration usually takes 1-3 years. Do you engage in pornography? That could cause psycho-sexual issues and these symptoms aren't uncommon. Get rid of porn.
