definitely yes they have the capability to be very success full because they are very narcissistic , and don't care how other people feel about them.

sure are. It's actually a concern for high positions as they are very good at doing the things needed to do to get high in government/corporations (very good at playing people etc)

politicians and high ranking business people are more likely to have sociopathic tendencies than the general population.
