Find a food that you really like that tastes like junk food but isn't
Or you could do the old thing of if you don't eat junk food for 2 hours you can buy yourself something you want
Keep some healthy food near you at easy reach so you can have some whenever you want
Have a little bit of junk food then eat some of the healthier food

nicely at the same time as i became youthful i'd basically eat through the indisputable fact that became the basically problem there became to do. ultimately i realized that i wasn't doing what's ideal for my body so what i did as a change i have been given up and went walking or i'd basically continuously carry round a %. of sugar loose gum and each and each and every time i became bored i basically stuck somewhat of gum in my mouth.Being addicted to junk foodstuff is like being addicted to cigarettes.

I think it's important not to have any at home or in your office so at least then you can't eat it.
I think the tip about trying to replace it with other food you enjoy is a good idea too. Things like strawberries which are sweet would be a good idea.

so how about eating real food instead of junk? try eat bread with butter or an apple, or any other fruit, or a piece of meat - it is still better than junk food and at least will give u vitamins and fibers and all other useful stuff

Some good suggestion so far. Also, if you're not doing it already, then drinks lots of water. Water makes you feel full and suppresses your appetite, and stay busy.

try to keep yourself occcupied by getting more frens to talk to you..any tome you feel like eating get somting to do..take your time..relax...dun forget how you look if you eat all the crap...
