Go for EBAC, I bought a cheaper one from a DIY chain a while ago and had to take it back as it was designed to work in a climate with a higher ambient temperature than the UK.

Here in France and for that matter the UK they are only used after a flood or similar. As the air is so humid relatively they are not used like in the US.
The best way over here in Europe is to heat the room.
