I am currently awaiting my appeal before the law judge to be scheduled. I submitted my appeal last May.

My doctor said that she thinks it may be possible to submit a certain form and get my case pushed on through.

Does anyone know about this? Is it possible?

I haven't been able to work in three years!

I am 41 and I was just approved for my Social Security, ( total disability) and I have been waiting since November of 05. Now my case is being audited by a random chance, and I have not even received my first check yet. LOL, how's that for dumb luck.
There is nothing that a doctor can send them, except the evaluation from your visit. Then it is up to the determination board.
Has Social Security sent you to the doctors yet?
Have you checked out attorneys that can take your case?

We must all love one another, and part of that love is sharing.
Love ya girl, and good luck.

Good luck. It took me 2 years to get mine, and I had operations and everything. After your appearance at the review board with their doctors and your attorney, it will go fast then. Hold on that's all you can do. You are also going to be reviewed every two years also to see if there is any change in your condition. Be ready for some forms to fill out. Your attorneys fee will be deducted from your back pay you will get.

If your doctor thinks it's possible then they should do it. I don't think there is though.
