i went to Transform in the uk they are well known company and have been doing procedures for over 26 years now and are very well known i had breast implants last october and they are the best thing i have spent my money they look and feel like real and everyone says they look fantastic and my boyfriend loves them - honestly if your considering it you should definatly go for it they also do finance aswell. they look after you extreamly well - they pick you up in a taxi from whereever you live take you down to manchester of anywhere where they have a hospital closer and you stay overnight and they give ya a 3 course meal and everything and then take you back in a taxi and you go in and see your local Transform after the procedure to make sure everything is ok - you go and get it done take a look at the website and go for a consultation !!!!

I work in a firm of solicitors tahts ees these type of operations go wrong. Also my Aunty had a boob job and one exploded in the bath and caused her a great deal of pain and mental issues.
I would deffo reccomend that you look into the surgeon who would be doing your op and know exactly about the procedure.
Also be 100% sure its what YOU want not what others think.

Most men don't like breast implants, so you must be doing this for you. If it makes you feel better then it's a good idea, but remember all surgery has risks. Ask yourself if the risk is worth it.

Honestly, most guys don't care, so it's more of a self-esteem issue. Be sure and consider the health risks too....

If you want to look like a plastic-enhanced freak, and if you are so shallow and have so little self-esteem that you think it will attract men to you, then yes, go ahead.

Why not, with your spelling it may be your only chance. Save your money and go back to school. That would do you much more in the long run.
