brown discharge? is a period? Why is it so light? it looks like discharge thats brown, its just a drop, thats it. It smells different than normal discharge. like vinegerish.

I've had a retainer for about 5 years maybe but about 3 years ago my orthodontist said that I didn't need to wear it anymore. Now my teeth are bothering me a bit because one is farther out than the other. I was wondering if its okay to start wearing the retainer now after a while and if wearing this temporary one on my front upper teeth will somehow realign the front bottom teeth who also are some-what, or very little, out of allignment. Any ideas as to the best way to restart wearing a retainer and how to make it work the best it can?

Trade tips and experiences dealing with care for elderly, and, or, infirm. I take a team approach for my 92 year old Mom's care. So far it's working, with me as team captain, but some times I feel I'm over my head and barely treading water. I would love to have some tips, or even good stories. I'm 13 year old male. I wake up at 6:20 am and I 'head' to bead at 11pm. And as I said, I lie in there for about 1-3 hrs trying to get to sleep. Any tips on how to make me goto sleep? I dont like having 5-3 hrs of sleep a day. Going to be earlier doesn't work, I've tried.

I have been eating a Benadryl Chewable, my mom says It should make me tired within an hour. It doesn't Work.

I am seriously addicted... is that a bad thing? All addictions are bad, well thats what my mom says. So how can I stop it? Gum is a way for me no tto bite my nails... but then i get addicted to gummm... like today at a basketball game i bought 6 packs of gum and im already finsihed with 4 in 2 hours. Is that wrong? I am a 13 year old boy that plays basketball at my school. I am bad at jumping and my friends told me to do squats and lunges with 5kg (10pound) dumbells. I did it and my jump height increased tremendously but i have only have done it twice in my life, I made 3 set of 15 reps. If I keep doing this, can I stunt my groth? can any free weight exercise involving standing up stunt growth? should I stop? what if I feel a light pain in the knees? help plz!!!

After 2 weeks and 2 days, and have been popped twice before but refilled. I popped this boil today and it was just nasty. It bleed ALOT like a wide opens cut. It literally poped like 3 times. with pus but etreme blood!!

Any way it still look swollen and please!!! i don't want it to refill again. Normally does the swell go down right after? what can i do it prevent it from getting infected and to make the swell go down?

I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), and have been on a birth control pill for over a year to regulate my menstrual cycle & to hopefully keep the cysts small or non-existent. My insurance doesn't cover the birth control pills, and they cost around $50 a month. Are there any other meds out there to treat PCOS that my insurance might cover?
