stop smoking and whatever else you are doing and then you want have to ask a question like this and be following advise from people without any medical background. Most anything that is advised to you will affect your kidneys in the long run so stop the illegal drug use and you wont have to clean your system every time you get in trouble or lose a job. You need your kidneys to live, and people who have a history of drug use(abuse) are not eligible for any transplants(kidney or heart). So wake up be smart stop using.

Eat a bunch poppy seeds so that you show positive for opiates even though you don't do drugs. If you are wanting to fool the test the other way, I have no clue.

drink 1 gallon water with pectin in it 1 hr before test and pray.. also lay off the drugs
