grab his finger and bend it overtill it hurts him, and then tell him if he ever mess with you again your going to report his perverted *** to the office and have him expelled or your parents will file sexual harrasment charges against him. (bluff him)
if all else fails kick him in the nuts. Good luck

You really need to talk to a teacher you trust or the guidance counselor. This boy is sexually abusing you, and that is NEVER something anyone should be forced to deal with. He is counting on the fact that you and your friend will be too embarrassed to tell the teacher about what he's doing, and so he keeps at it. The truth of the matter is YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE EMBARRASSED ABOUT! You aren't the one going around touching other people's breasts, he is! If I was in your situation, I would have broken his finger the first time he laid a hand on me. An alternative is to make a huge and I mean HUGE fuss next time he tries to touch you in class. Get up out of your seat and start yelling at him at the top of yours lungs saying things like "Why did you try to touch my breast? That's disgusting!" "What would your mother say if she knew you were doing things like that?!" "Where did you learn that it was all right to touch people in private areas without their permission?!" "My body is my property, not yours!" The last thing an abuser wants is for his dirty laundry to be aired, so this is basically the worst thing that could happen in his eyes. Trust me, I know it's scary, but nobody is going to blame you or take his side when they figure out what kind of a pervert this kid is. You said he does it during breaks, which I interpret as meaning between classes. If this is the case and he does it when no teachers are around, give him the one-kneed salute in the package, and while he's laying on the ground crying, say "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were poking me in a private area because you wanted me to do it back," then step over him and keep walking. IT IS NEVER ALL RIGHT FOR ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING TO OR WITH YOU THAT YOU HAVE NOT CONSENTED TO AND YOU'RE NOT 100% COMFORTABLE WITH! YOUR BODY IS YOUR OWN PROPERTY, NOT THIS BOY'S OR ANYONE ELSE'S! PLEASE, STAND UP FOR YOUR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS!

I am going to assume this is not a collage class you are talking about so I will also assume you are young. I don't understand why you feel you can't tell the teacher because it will be embarrassing for you. He is the one who should be embarrassed. Here is what I would do; next time he touches you in class stand up and yell "STOP IT YOU PERVERT, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU???" Embarrass him in front of everyone. As for getting in trouble in school, it is the schools legal responsibility to protect you from such treatment. If they try to turn it around just mention the fact that you will take it to the Board of Education and that will be the end of that. Stick up for yourself or people will walk all over you for the rest of your life.

Go make an appointment with your councilor and make a confidential complaint. Have your friend do the same. The boys parents will be called into the school for a descrete conference about it... because, it is grounds for arrest. He could end up in Juvi for that.

Tell him you want to talk with him after class. Have another person with you. Tell him you do not like him touching you at all. Make sure he understands you, make him repeat it back to you.

I know going to the teacher is not a first choice. Tell him and if he does not stop you need to tell the teacher or another staff member what is going on.

I think that he is taking advantage of the fact that you don't want to tell the teacher, because of embarrassment.
But, girl, this is sexual harassment, and its gonna get worse.
I suggest that you tell the teacher. But if it is a male teacher and you feel a little awkward then go to a female teacher and tell her. Then she will probably tell the counselor or assistant principle.

Tell him that it's NOT funny, and that it's disgusting and perverted. And also tell him that if he persists that you'll report him as sexual harassment, and do so (to someone you feel more comfortable with) if he doesn't back off! Sorry you have to deal with that, it makes me mad to just read about how stupid the guy is acting. Also, maybe (as long as your teacher's the one who reads your homework) sneak a sheet with a note about it into the homework pile to get your seat switched. I really wish you the best of luck with this jerk!!

Slap him in the face and yell loud enough for everyone to hear "cut it out" or "stop touching me." If you get in trouble for slapping him, tell the teacher exactly what he has been doing. This is sexual harassment. He could get into big trouble and even be suspended or expelled from school.

you can either go to the teacher, tell your parents and then give him an uppercut. I am not promoting violence here, but if he bothers you that much you need to take some drastic measure.
Or, like the others say, poke him back and shove something down his pants from the back, so he doesn't see it coming.

Tell the teacher. He could take it to a whole different level. Trust me, it happened to me. I took something like that with a light heart and I almost ended up getting raped. Tell ASAP. It's not embarrassing. What he is doing is wrong and he needs to be corrected on his behavior.
