Well this question is in references to my boyfriend...he started having the pain by Dec.24 only on one leg. It started with the knee and now it's progressed to both legs. He is 43 yrs. is in good shape and works as a chef. He spends most of the time standing up due to his profession and due to this it causes him alot of pain at the knees and later it becomes like muscle strain on both legs with the sensation of a hard workout pain. I really don't know how else to describe it. He also mention that sometimes he gets pain on his elbows too, but very rearly. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks!

.You want to use Carisoprodol aka Soma for the muscle strain. i had the same problem working as a checker in a grocery store. I tried everything and Soma was the only way to ease the pain and get a full nights rest. i buy carisoprodol online without a prior prescription from BuyCarisoprodolOnline.com. they are US licensed and located so you can order with confidence. Good luck dear, I hope this helps your boyfriend.

Pain in both knees could be ligaments, tendons, rheumatoid or osteo forms of arthritis, or other lesser possible problems. 'Strain' refers to the overstretching and possible tearing of a muscle. You do not mention if this has been a chronic problem or when it happened, these are important to know in getting to a diagnosis. The myositis (painful inflammation) may be referring the pain of the knee to the muscle or vise versa. Without scanning the articulations and knowing more of the history of onset and duration, a more specific answer isn't possible.

Many possibilities on your question. I've similar pains before, and still having (but less frequent), and guess what? The cause of my problem was that I had suddenly developed an allergy to eggs & mushrooms. After I had avoid these two ingredients, my pains have subsided considerably. If you could not find any real physical cause to the pains, consider food allergy.

Probably a cartilage drawback wherein it has deteriorated to a factor wherein now the bone is rubbing up towards bone. Have you participated in plenty of sporting events? Upper knee affliction is predominantly related to athletes who need to participate in plenty of slicing.
