That's a very good question. Maybe not premanent but probably years of work on onclogging those arteries with systemic enzyme supplementation and all kinds of diligent little things like that.

It depends on your choices. They have healthy options there but when people go there and pick a Big Mac meal and in addition say supersize it.. yes you can have some permanent damage.

They guy who did this didn't face permanent damages but he had went on with the experiment any longer he could have caused some serious damages upon his body.

Hmm... let me think about it. First off, you'd gain weight, higher your cholesterol... and that's all I can think about. However, the guy on Supersize Me lost weight in about 3 months, and I hear you can lower your cholesterol if you eat oatmeal... so I think they're fixable. So... probably not... but this is just my common sense.

As I recall, they made a movie about that......
The damage that he did to his liver was not permanant, and he was able to loose the weight, but it's still not very good for your health, to say the least.
