I did it and my jump height increased tremendously but i have only have done it twice in my life, I made 3 set of 15 reps. If I keep doing this, can I stunt my groth? can any free weight exercise involving standing up stunt growth? should I stop? what if I feel a light pain in the knees? help plz!!!

Exercise doesn't stunt growth... calm down.

Now, the pain in your knees could be beacuse it is too much weight for you, or it could simply be that your body is still getting used to using muscles/tendons that it is not used to using yet. It sounds like you are just starting out with this exercise, so give yourself time to adjust to the new routine. =)

When your testosterone stages curb, your muscle tissues mysteriously vanish. So it could without doubt no longer be a reasonable combat. Unless you imply a trans guy, wherein case his bone constitution remains to be female... so once more, no longer a reasonable combat, however nearer (I'm assuming that is as soon as the transition is entirely performed) Now is it high-quality? No. It's nonetheless attack. Technically a person can hit a trans lady. But it is as a rule the equal as hitting a genetic lady
