Sure, it helps your muscles grow. As for height, I don't know.

you need to define grow.
If you are talking about muscles then jogging isnt going to do much for you in that department unless you are willing to do wind sprints.
Swimming is a great excersise which can help build muscles although it is a lower resistance type excersise so the gains will be small.
I should also mention that to grow you must be eating more calories than your body needs each day. This is the only way!

Not that I've ever seen. My daughter (12), started gymnastics about 2 years ago and she shot up after the first six months to a year. Maybe it was just her turn to grow anyway, but I really think that this helped. Eat good healthy food and exercise, summer is when kids grow quickest.

It probably does not help you grow physically. Except it does tone your body and build your muscle (most exercise does). It can help you grow emotionally and in character. It discipline the mind to stay with a task and to complete goals that you set out to do. Most of life is about setting goals, pursuing ideas and having the discipline to see them through.

If you mean height, the answer is no. Genetics helps you get taller, nothing else.
BUT jogging or swimming will tone your muscles, and keep you in good physical shape.

Gets you in better shape, usually drives to a healthier lifestyle, which means better nutrition at an earlier age, and that'll make you grow. That's awesome! Do it! Eat healthy, lotsa protein, stay away from the junk, and you'll see the dividends down the road.

It helps you stay youthful when you get older. So, doing it now will prepare you to never tire out compaired to your peers. How do I know???
I was a distance runner and swimmer for many years. Now, I'm 42 and my peers and friends are all old farts who can't keep up with me.

your height is determined by your genetics. short of growth hormone therapy there is nothing you can do to increase how tall you will be. following a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise is pretty much all you can do naturally...
