i have attempted weight loss vigorously, i excercise a lot, and i eat i think pretty healthy. i've been doing this a week or 2, and i know there will not be any substancial difference, but my weight is going UP. i was wondering maybe im not doing the right exercises or eating the best foods. could anybody tell me what exercises will burn a lot of calories but wont leave me extremely drained or sweaty because i still have a lot of other work. (i currently do tae bo, yoga, and i run on a treadmill once every couple-3 days a mile and a half.) also, any foods that will get you full, but are not loaded w/ calories. right now i drink a glass or water/ orange juice for breakfast, turkey sandwich w/ sunchips and apples for lunch, and chicken soup/ small amount of meat w/ rice/ salad no dressing for dinner. also, just curious, but i was thinking for this period of time while i am working towards my goal, do body shapers really work? also tips for dressing to appear more slim? thanx!
