i'm hungry and have eaten a small bit of crab on top of salad and an apple today after a binge of alot of protein last night. so it's night now & i'm wondering what i can eat that will help this fast. a spoonful of pnut butter & that's it..??

fasting is not going to undo whatever you did yesterday, all it is doing is hurting you today.

the body needs nutrition every couple of hours in order to function at optimum levels of efficiency...

our bodies fast every night during sleep, that's the ONLY fasting that the body requires...

drink lots of water. It will make you feel bloated and stop your hunger. Don't eat anything with salt or fat. Try fresh fruit also to offset anything damage that you want to get rid of
