I hope that you are not exercising the same muscle groups every day. That is very harmful to your muscles. No, I wouldn't say you're weak for a girl because I've seen young women several years older than you lifting less weight. What is most beneficial is the technique that you use in lifting the weights, not so much the weight that you are lifting. In the long term, you can become stronger if you use proper technique and also will be less likely to injure yourself. Keep of the good work!

Well, you're pretty small, so no one is expecting you to break world records.

When I was 16, I was lifting every day and I was quite a bit stronger (bench: 90, squat: 155), but I'm 5'8" and back then I was on the track team as well as lifting.

Are you ever sore the day after lifting? If you're not sore very often (I don't mean in horrible pain so you can't move or anything like that, just a good muscle soreness), you could try increasing the weights you lift, and also the number of sets. You should do several sets of 10 reps, not just one. Do half of your lifts one day, 3 sets of 10, and the other half the next day. That gives your muscles an extra day to heal, and will increase the weight you can lift.

Anything BUT weak. Legs and hips is the strongest part of your body.

I think the body fat is way to high...the scale is wrong (you are not fat).

I think you are about average. Give it another year. You will be a power house, just keep pushing yourself..
