If so, I would like some feed back on this product. I want to know if it's any good, or if it's just another peice of fad exercise equipment

I bought a while back and i have to say it was good but my only problem was i found it boring just stepping up and down for half an hour. So if you dont mind that then i would def recommend one. I got mine on ebay really cheap.

I bought one a couple of years ago, and it didn't work for me. I know you have to put major effort in to get the results, but it was such a pain to use, I got fed up with it in the end!!

If you wan't to loose weight and get fit and tone your legs, get some good running shoes. A much better investment.

i bought one, used it once and its been under my bed ever since, i did feel it working though when i tried it, so i will maybe have to give it another go now we are into the new year and try to undo some of the damage caused over xmas.

I used to want it badly..I went to my aunts house and they had it..I used it for like 15minutes..I guess it bulked me up from now on..
