Eat slightly less, more fruit and vegies, and excersize. The natural way. Can't imagine why people PAY to do what they themselves can do on their own.

I belong to an herbal use group. I tried their practices and lost 70 pounds in three and a half months and I have never had as much energy and feel so good as far back as I can remember. I am 58. I cut out all junk foods such as chips, store dips, sodas-regular and diet free and as much red meat as I can. Means I don't eat red meat but once in a great while. Also, I included eating raw or steamed fresh vegetables more and more and eating fresh fruits and organic fruit juices(instead of store brand or name brand, like delmonte and such). And I started walking at the park. I started with about a quarter of a mile and worked my way up to three miles every day. So far, I have no cravings(except for ice cream and I now use Soy ice cream) and I feel so much better than ever. Try it, you'll like it(as Mikey says).
