I am 13 years old, 5'6" and 130 pounds. I play softball, so my arms are fairly muscular. What is my ideal weight?

Weight alone is not a reliable indicator of fitness nor body shape. People have different frame sizes as well as differing amounts of muscle mass. Yes girls have muscles too. Look in the mirror, judge for yourself what a good weight is. More importantly if you can run the bases with ease then there's no problems. Thats a better indicator.

You have to remember that muscle weighs more then fat. If someone was the same height,age,weight,body frame and gender yet one had 27% body fat while the other one had 35% body fat, the one with 35 percent of body fat will appear bigger then the other one. WEIGHT IS JUST A NUMBEr.

you are young. too young to think about being overweight. 130 at 13 and 5'6" is fine, just keep up with sports and you'll be fine.

your on a right bracket with regards to weight,130lbs at 5'6 is normal

ur ideal weight = ur tall per meter - 100= kg
