Lately I've been having horrific heartburn. I usually get it once or twice a month. This past month it has been on a near daily basis for the past few weeks. I'm trying to change my diet to help me eat healthier and feel better. But apparently it is helping to cause some really terrible pains. What are some of the causes everyone else has found for hearburn? I know I can easily go onto a website and find a list of normal things but everyone has different causes and outcome. I think mine may be from my new coffee addiction and the low fat foods. Foods with lower fat content have a much higher salt amount which is probably causing my pain!

What do you guys do to stop the pain and get some relief? I can only take so much Mylanta! And I have no insurance so a dr is not within my near future!

This was a question that was asked on the radio, some said in their 40's and some said as long as they are healthy and prepared for the risk that they are willing to take, what do you think?

I was raised by an unintentional man-hater. My mother was sexually abused as a child and has emotional scars against men in general. I now see that some of her "policies" were passed on to me without my prior knowledge or approval. Other than the obvious (counseling) what other steps can I take to overcome this subtle unintended brainwashing?

If it did help you, how did it help you? I'm considering the book or going to a hypnotist. The gums, patches, all of that other stuff is not working. I absolutely love smoking. I need something to convince my brain that I don't need it anymore. If you've gone to a hypnotist, did that work for you....and how?

Please help me.

I am a 22 year old male and am in good health except for this spare tyre that I carry around my middle and what could only be described as the startings of man breasts. I am very interested in trying to sort my life out and gain some bulk - not heaps - but something that I can be proud of instead of ashamed of.

My problem is I am confused with what I have read. Some say I should work at gaining the muscle first and then lose the overlying fat. Others say that I should work to trim down the fat first, then build muscle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Ryan

I know the package says "use only as directed", I'm just interested to know if anyone has tried it and if so how well it worked out for them. It would be a lot cheaper than buying desensitizer from an adult novelty store. Serious answers only, please. Thanks.
