okay i am 5'2" about 98-100..summer will be here soon again and I really need to gain weight..plus my boyfriend and i are planning on going to puerto rico ina few months...how can i pack on the pounds..i can tell you this right now..I dont intake alot of calories or carbs...I know thats what needed to help gain..can someone please plan a daily chart so that I can follow..I work m-f 9-5 home on weekends..just a hint on what my daily routine is..i also dont want to work out..help me please very need in help..thanks alot guys..just tell me what to do and i will do it..

I'm not quite sure why you want to gain 20 lbs before summer... but if you really want to pack on pounds fast, eat hamburgers, hotdogs, lots of white bread, pasta, french fries, cakes, cookies, brownies, donuts and drink soda every day. I don't recommend that you do any of those things, but they are a surefire way to gain weight.

Just do what I did. Eat junk. I've been snacking less on fruit and more on chocolate, cookies, cupcakes, etc.... I was a nice 120lbs. Now, I need to loose 20 - 25 lbs.

But why exactly do you want to gain weight? For your height, your not too skinny. I'm 5'2" and was 105 all through high school, that wasn't a bad weight.

this is gunna sound retarted...


go on a diet for a week and a half... dont make ur self faint,, but do it

after the week in a half...

go back to eating normal
and have a snack b4 bed always


ull gain the weight...

or work out...

fat or muscle up to you



the diet will throw a wrench into ur matabalism and readjust it
then when u start eating normal (crazy according to your stomach) it will store it away cuz it may think ull starve soon again and pack it away for ltr

The easiest way it to get a weight gain formular from a health shop and take it a couple of times a day;

I would definitely recommend NOT trying to put on that much weight in such a short time period, it's not healthy. I would suggest speaking to a nutritionist who could gives you healthy alternatives to gaining weight.

Go to McDonald's everyday. Their large shakes alone are over 1000 calories.

eat a lot of Entenmans cakes, dunkin donughts and 4 BLT sandwitches a day.

Cut out the lite mayo and diet cokes.

Go for the real thing!!!!

Drink lots of beer, and eat lots of pies.Do not exercise.

It worked for me.
