If you are a teenager, you will probably find it hard.
You should try not to be in the same place as the the girl. My advice would be to wear loose clothing and when the girl walks by, try to concentrate on something else. Keep your head down, concentrate on your work until she has gone.

You cannot control the urge, but you are in control of your behavior.
Do not speak with her or be close to her when you get the urge.
Move away.
You can be brought up on charges for sexual harassment.
I've complained to human resource for that very thing.
Good luck and do the right thing.

Wear real tight briefs and put your John Thomas in them pointing towards your belly button, that way if you get hard, it'll just grow along your chest, as opposed to outwards like a tent pole.
Did that all the time in school.

You don't. Get chatting to her she might like you too. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
Or you could go to the loo for a quick hand shandy.
