What you do is this, when your feeling hungry then have a 2 glasses of water and if you still feel hungry then eat something.
Your brain needs to understand your not hungry.
Also as most people have stated, drink loads of water and clean out your toxins.

It's not very nutritional, so it goes straight through (like fibre). While your body is hurrying to get rid of it, it also gets rid of a lot of the nutritional stuff that you ate as well, so you don't get the chance to absorb energy from it.
In the long term, it will disrupt your digestion by removing a lot of the digestive bacteria that live in your intestines. Without these, you will be less able to absorb nutrients. This can seriously affect your health, and replacing the bacteria by drinking 'live' yoghurt is likely to be only partially beneficial; you build up your 'gut flora' over many years by taking in a wide variety of bacteria from all sorts of sources (raw food, dirt on your hands, leaves brushing past your face, etc.; it's not ALL a threat to your health).
Keeping hydrated is pretty good for you, but drinking enough water to affect your weight probably isn't.

Sometimes your body is thirsty not hungry but you think you're hungry. So drinking water before a meal will help you feel full.

Water keeps your body well hydrated (being dehydrated can make you feel hungey when you aren't) and it helps you to feel full longer so you won't eat empty calories. If you have just eaten and feel hungry soon after, try a glass of water.
