I work that out as being 8.02 lbs. A healthy and sustainable weight loss is 2 lbs per week, so yes it is very possible and achievable. The best way would be to eat approx 1000 - 1200 calories per day. Most foods are clearly labeled now days, and by watching the calories you are allowed the occasional treat, therefore more likely to succeed. Eat food high in fibre things and plenty of veg and fruit. Match this with at least 30mins exercise 3 times a week. A 20min power walk daily is great.
Good luck, I am sure you will do it.

It is possible, but it's about twice the maximum that's recommended by doctors.
Slower weight loss is better for you because it's not such a shock to your physical systems, and because psychological motivation is easily undermined by the physical discomfort of partial starvation (which is what you're doing if you diet to lose weight).
You should also eat exactly what you eat at the moment, EXCEPT for:
reducing the amount you eat overall;
introducing more vegetables, more raw foods, and more varied foods;
and focussing on the taste & texture of all the food you eat (if you slow down your eating, so that you can enjoy each mouthful as if it's your last ever taste of that kind of food, you'll automatically eat less.
You'll probably be more successful, and enjoy your diet more, if you try to make gradual changes that will reduce your weight very slowly. Try to change something for the better, BY A TINY AMOUNT, every day for a year.

Of course it is, 4KG is nothing. I alternate between that in the morning and night.
Just get up off your couch, put down the popcorn and do some exercise.

Yeah, it's possible. But you shouldn't eat to many fat and do some exercises like fitness, rowing, that sort of sports.
