The healthy way, people. I'm not becoming an anorexic or bulimic or fasting, I don't roll like that.

Stats:
Height: 5'7" or 5'8"
Age: 13
Weight: 223 (I think.. last time I weighed in at least)

I'm an irish dancer so a wee bit of that may be leg muscles. I already eat organic as well. I also don't want crash dieting, just over time (before summer) I'd like to lose at least 25 lbs. Anyone got any ideas?

I would love to hear some tips (especially from those who suffer from it) on how to deal with IBS. I've had it for a year or 2 now, and it's so frustrating to not be able to have a bowel movement without the nausea, cramping and/or occasional anxiety! What are some tips to help prevent/treat these symptoms. Preferably, without the use of meds- I'm seeking natural, holistic alternatives. Serious answers only please.

** I currently take ginger 1-2 times a day, along with my other vitamins. I am also lactose intolerant and try to use lactaid with every meal with dairy.**

He does really well until something stressfull happens in our lives. He uses gum and sun flower seeds to stop short term but he just can't seem to quit long term. He really wants to quit completely but he just doesn't know how.

ok so heres the story. my gf get the worst cramps so bad that she cant lay down or just crys. today i went over to her house( she has her period) she answered the door , didnt say a word and went right back downstairs on the couch and layed with the hot water bottle. i came downstairs took the waterbottle off of her, sat her up and layed her so her head was on my chest and legs were over my legs..i put the water bottle back on her stomach and comforted her to try to get her to go to sleep.
is there anything else i could do for her? i hear that if you sit her in the upright position it makes the cramps less painfull.is that true?....she takes midol but i dont think it is helping her...please give your advice.

I went to the gyno in November 2006 for a lump that is in my right groin area. It is right where my underwear line hits. It is under the skin. There is no way to pop it, or to get fluid out. It is just a lump about the size of a dime under the skin. I saw the gyno and she didn't seem to worry about it. I have now had it going on two months now. Should I be worried? If you have had a similar problem please share your experience. Any advice is appreciated. It does hurt at times, especially when my clothing rubs and irritates it. The doctor said to not shave the area and to wear loose clothing to see if that helps it clear up. Still have it though.

Don't list prescription meds here. Just either natural alternatives or other things you did to distract you from feeling really down or worried. (I'm trying different things to help someone else)

I have well water with a chlorinator. Sometimes after I shower the bathroom smells like a pool. I has bothered me (we've been there a year and a half) since I moved in, but just got used to it. But the past few months I have noticed I am getting pimples on my back, neck, and shoulders. Has anyone ever heard this, or experienced this?

I ask because while surfing earlier I came upon an http page that listed Clinic appointment times for patients in Stockport U.K.
All names/addresses/postcodes were available as were the patients home phone numbers and treatment requirements - IE Physio etc.

Surely this is wrong is it not?
