Probably not... masturbating is not what made them get large, and stopping it will not shrink them. The only way I can see them shrinking is if you routinely masturbate so hard that they are bruised or swollen, which is unlikely.

Why would you want to stop master bating,it relieves tension and you feel good.No nothing will shrink.
