I had the same prob I'm only 24 and a receptionist n thought my sore hands were to do with typing & couldnt put my finger on why my feet were sore as well.
Went to docs they ran some blood tests & diagnosed me with an overactive thyroid which I was shocked when they told me they put me on carmibazole tablets.
Within coupla weeks the pain in my hands & feet had gone away & sore hands & feet r some of the symtoms of an overactive thyroid so you should go to your doctoe it could be anything

It is possible that your potassium levels are really low. If that is the case eating an orange or drinking orange juice once a day can help you.

Also, eating bananas fairly regularly may help.

The best thing though is to go to your doctor and have them run some tests and do some blood work.

My advise about potassium might be correct but you must also consider that it might be something a little more serious.

I hope that is not the case. Please take care.

Hope that what I said helped a little.

Take potassium. Whether in pill form or eat some bananas or other foods high in Potassium. I had the same problem and I am in my mid 30's. I went to my doctor because it was driving me crazy. I would wake me up in the night with my feet cramping.

You need more Potassium, when your Potassium level is low then that can cause bad cramps in the arms, hands, legs and feet.

Probably a vitamin deficiency. If you drink apple cider vinegar with honey it will take it away!
