my husband has a vascular malformation in his leg?

the lower part what are some things to do i have had so many opinions and none of them are the same 1 of them were we have to take the leg off 2 leave it alone 3 we will take it out and use meat from your back to fill in the hole and so on and so on what should we do i need to know something and we have seen doctors lots of them
