Yes you need to do some warm up exercise first and cool down exercise after the work out.A massage is best after you work out but they are good anytime you can get one.

The only thing you HAVE to do after getting a massage is to drink LOTS of water to flush out all the toxins that the massage releases into your system.
If you don't, you will feel like you have the flu for 24-36 hours.

I wouldn't recommend it... generally a massage is a time to relax and rest the muscles and a workout is contrary to that.
Actually, the best thing to do after a massage is drink a lot of water. Massages help to purge the boy of toxins and water helps in the purging process.

It depends on what kind of massage you get. Some people get Sports massage therapy RIGHT before their big event. There are so many styles, so it depends, however Sports Massage is typically given in shorter and faster massage strokes, so it actually keeps you invigorated. :-)

Why? A massage is supposed to relax you, I wouldn't work out. I would go home and soak in a hot bath and relax.
