I've been following Dr. Oz's plan from Oprah's website. It's been working so far. I've lost 10 pounds in a little over a month. The key is to be consistant with your breakfast and lunch meals, and no snacking. And be sure to exercise. Dr. Oz says to make sure you walk at least 30 minutes a day, even if it's just for shopping reasons. :-)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Here is a place that reviews lots of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. Even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.
http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html
Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the program.
Hope this helps!

I'd say the best way to lose weight is to swim. Swimming burns calories faster than dancing (at least that is what I am told). Also, don't drink excessively. You will gain more calories by drinking alcohol and shots.

according to a research i`ve lately read it is important at what time of the day you would eat certain classes of food.
1.You may eat as much carbs as you want (bread, rice, sugar etc) in the morning, but no fats(cheese etc.)
2.You should avoid carbs at the evening.
3. And much water, fruits and vegetables, of course
