Health - 28 December 2006

This morning, i woke up around 7 with horrible stomach pains. It felt like i was being stabbed. I think it might have been my muscles, because whenever i tried to move, it hurt like hell. I noticed that when i pushed down on my stomach, it was hard underneath the skin, and there was a harder line protruding, and going down vertically. This lasted about an hour before i managed to fall asleep again. Do you have any idea what this could be? I still feel a little bit of remaining pain when i try to move too suddenly. Last night i got a small tattoo on my ankle, could this have anything to do with ink poisoning or something?

I have a really bad cold. I damn there wanna say its the flu if I never got the flu shot about week and a half ago. Now my throat is very very sore from coughing a lot and it also feel like its swollen. Other then warm salt water and the verge of dialing 911 what else should I use for my throat?

Me, I've been on nearly every psych drug I've heard of, and the ones I haven't they were trying to put me on when I took myself off all that mood altering stuff, so I at least have an educated opinion here.

I think that the meds *anti-depressants, anti-psychotis, general mood stbalizers* are good, for a while. Before long, you start to think back to before the drugs, though, and you'll start to remember the belly laughs and feeling so good in between the times you felt so bad. I don't know about others, but meds killed my emotions. I'm borderline, so I was very used to highs and lows, but somewher in the 2/3 years I was medicated, I realised that I wasn't getting either. I didn't cry, but my laughs were allways fake. The drugs helped me learn how to deal, though. I say good for a while but not a lifetime.

What's your take on psych drugs?

im at work and i just got a stomach ache followed by a little bit of nausea. I took pepto , to see if that would help -
what are some of the things you would suggest? chicken soup?
oh and yes, i do have diarrhea also :(

I've tried all the gadgets like patches, lozenges, etc. However, if I'm locked up in a 'clinic' for a month that might finally do it. Naturally activities would have to be provided since boredom breeds smoking.

ever since i was a kid ive always been daydreaming..now at 18, its been a problem. im learning how to drive but my daydreaming has made me a slow learner..i dont see other signs...i lose focus and having a part time job scares me off coz i may not focus at all...what can i do to be more aware, sharp and observant??
