Its fine to have a boyfriend that young. I didn't have ea boyfriend until I was 17 years old but most of my friends at 13 years old did have a boyfriend.
A boyfriend at this age rarely turns into something serious. Just have fun and enjoy your relationship while it lasts and don't expect too much or give too much of yourself.
As long as you don't let your relationship get in the way of your education then have fun. If you do worse in your education after 3 weeks with your boyfriend its time to cool down and get back to the books.
If you mean is it good to have a sexual relationship: I say no. That's a poor choice to make this early. You've probably already been lectured on the use of condoms and the chances of STDS and pregnancy so I won't get into that. I am just saying if you want a boyfriend make it fun simple and easy. Stay away from sex and sexual activity and gear yourselves toward skating, bowling, bike riding, or movies.
No need to get your young relationship hot and heavy to have fun.
You are young and this is a good time to practice with social relationships like having boyfriends and chosing which of your girlfriends is your "best friend"
Some people are jumping the gun saying "No don't have a boyfriend this young" But there is absolutely nothing wrong with you experiencing having a "puppy love" boyfriend girlfriend fun relationship as long as you don't forget your education, your other friends, and your family in the process.
You said this guy is in highschool? He's probably 15 right and you're 13? There's no harm in kids two or three years apart experimenting with different aged kids. Does everyone think when you actually are older that when you get married your husband will be the exact age as you?
That doesn't work. These days more and more people are in marriages where they are a couple years apart. There is no harm in dating an older guy as long as he's not an adult because you're too young to be messing around with an 18 year old but if you're talking 13-15 that's perfectly fine.

I dont think so cuz it puts u in an weird relationship, but if u think that it is going well continue with it. I personally wouldnt do that cuz u can find guyz closer to ur age to have a realtionship with. just make sure u dont do anything stupid and u dont let urself get carried away which i doubt u will.

A highschool student should not be engaged with a 13 year old girl. You should ask yourself why he cannot get a girlfriend his own age. That is a cause for alarm. 13 year old girls should be playing with their girlfriends, having pajama parties, playing with dolls, etc. Not being involved in relationship, especially with a highschool boy.

doenst really matter. having a boyfriend that young rarely ends up to anything. i dont have a boyfriend and im in highschool and im w/e.

to be friends, that's fine. but to have sex? no, that's not a good idea.
