Yes. Sometimes feminine pads are not thick enough for certain people. Some womens flows are so heavy that a regular Always pad will not work. not even an overnight pad. Use the Poise pads if you want. I'd use the skinner ones since the biggers ones seem a bit to bulky.

Yes, you can. You might try the small mini pads to be more comfortable. That way, it will absorb your leakage.

I don't see why not, as long as you are comfortable and they handle the problem you should use whatever works for you.
