love handles are usually very hard to get rid of especially if you are over 40, I don't want to discourage you, but exercise and diet will not give you great improvement. the only solution would be liposculpture, but you have to make good research to find the right plastic surgeon, then keep exercising and folow a good diet to keep the result.

Pilates has a good Ab dvd out there and also one that focuses on the core of your body. They don't take long at all and are great to add into your routine to work that section out. I also got the Ab Lounge Ultra and have heard great things about it and can't wait to start it.

do side bends and if youre up for it use a small weight as resistance. put your legs shoukder width apart weight in the hand at the side your working, bend down to that side and when you come up go a little farther than midway toward the other side. do 2-3 sets of 15 per side every other day dont forget to eat right

Do side twists with ebows bent at shoulder height. Twist 180° back and forth as fast as you can for 20 minutes a day.
