how would you get rid of zits fast like in a couple days that dosent involve spending a lot of money????

GET Build muscle and strength without using steroids or any other supplements or maybe just basic supplements...I'M 5 5 weight 174 lbs, just starting working out about a two months ago -for about 30-45 min everyday and dont see major improvements, what should I DO to get bigger and more DEFINED MUSCLE ?

My fiance and I are ttc. my period was supposed to start on the 24th but so far nothing. I ovulated on the 10th and we had unprotected sex on the 9th. I have noticed that my nipples are darker than normal and the skin around them has little bumps on them. I have been more tired than normal as well. I took an HPT last night and this morning and both were negative. what could be going on?

I am 29 years old male. For 3 weeks now I have had nausea, heartburn, chest pains. I finally got an appointment with a doctor next week. Ive been told by people that i have acid reflux disease. The bottom of my front teeth is discolored. Ive been told thats because of stomache acid. Also it hurts when I swallow. Someone told me that I may have esophagul cancer ? Should I be worried even though I am only 29 ? Im worried sick.What are my odds for having a cancer like that ? I know that only a doctor can give me sure answers but I got 4 days and Im worried. My grandmother recently called me and explained that her knee was swollen, the back of her knee pains her, and her ankle is in extreme pain. Does any one have a CLUE as to what may cause this. I have tried to research it but only came up with one explanation: DVT. Her doctor wants her to get surgery and get her knee replaced, but I think it may be something else.

I'm guessing my boyfriend has hypersensitive tastebuds. He's the pickiest eater I have ever encountered. He brushes his teeth like he should, but hates it because he says the toothpaste taste sticks with him for hours after he's done brushing. He hates the taste.
